Players: average over the last 7 days, of max slots. Peak: highest hour this week. After wipe: average from two days after each wipe, the best sign a server stays alive.
What to look for
The leaderboard ranks servers by average players over the last 30 days. The full season standings on rustsrvr follow the same idea per wipe cycle, which runs from one force wipe to the next. At each force wipe the top three in the weekly, biweekly and monthly brackets earn a medal that stays on their page.
Averages over a whole season are hard to fake: a big launch weekend fades into the number, a server that holds its players all month rises.
